AV.E-Maria is the story of E-Maria, who constantly resurrects in a new body. She transforms by attaching or removing new elements to her own body out of an impulse to connect her own body with the phantoms around her. Borrowing the voice of an artificial intelligence trained to learn nonverbal and bodily sounds, the strange body existing in the room emits her own sounds, like those of angels and monsters in turn. E-Maria's desires to escape from the house and to have a transformed body on the web intersect. E-Maria vacillates between intense self-doubt and self-belief. Unclean desires and fantasies of purification of the body, like being baptized by God, merge together.
